Coaching
What is Executive Coaching and why would it benefit you?
Coaching is the art of facilitating the performance, learning and development of another. It is a non- directive, supportive discussion where the coach will encourage the coachee to explore the matter in depth, focusing on their thoughts and feelings.
Coaching empowers leaders to remove barriers and be innovative, always challenging themselves and driving performance within their teams. Change within organisations is constant, but coaching is an intervention that can support leaders to manage change effectively, making them more agile and confident. Effective coaching will enable thorough reflection and increase emotional intelligence, which in turn will drive personal improvements and therefore performance.
What will the sessions be like?
Jayne will firstly arrange an introductory session with the coachee, to make sure that they feel the coaching relationship would be productive.
The aim of the coaching experience is to support, challenge, empower and be solutions focussed. It will enable the coachee to reflect and then move forward with tangible results.
Coaching is all about the coachee – they choose the topic. Executive coaching can focus on professional development, people management, stakeholder management, decision making, career goals or anything that is related to their professional life.
