About Jayne

Executive coach

Jayne has been working as an Executive Coach since 2021 and achieved her ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches in 2026. With a naturally engaging style that makes clients feel psychologically safe, Jayne uses her genuine empathy and interest for the client to allow them to be safely challenged, resulting in the exploration of any limiting beliefs and the unlocking of potential.

Workplace Mediator

Jayne started undertaking workplace mediation in 2009, completed her ACAS workplace mediation qualification in 2015 and has undertaken numerous two person and group workplace mediations since, to great success. Jayne works as an Associate of other mediation consultancies as well as having her own client base. She has been the Mediation Lead for numerous in-house workplace mediation services and has supervised and mentored other workplace mediators.

Jayne is passionate about the benefits of workplace mediation, and its ability to transform conflict into productive and positive relationships. She believes that through the safe space of workplace mediation, individuals have the opportunity to explore each other’s perspectives and feelings, which can lead to a deeper connection and therefore profound and lasting reconciliation.

HR Consultant

Jayne has 20 years of experience in HR leadership in multiple sectors, including as a People Partner, Deputy Head of Employee Relations, Employee Relations Manager and HR Business Partner. Her current role is a Senior HR practitioner specialising in change management, within the NHS.

Jayne achieved her Master’s degree in HR Management in 2012 and became a Chartered Member of the CIPD in the same year.

Jayne has worked in senior HR roles and undertaken mediation and coaching within a number of different sectors, including pharmaceutical, facilities, technology, care, the arts, financial, consultancy, education, non-for-profit, retail, and national government.
